A PROPOSAL FOR HOTELS IN THAILAND

A new website.
A stay in
Thailand.

Your hotel has a story. I’d like to give it a website that tells it well — in exchange for a stay at your property.

Let’s talk about your hotel
A real aerial photograph of the pool at the resort
A fair exchange.GOOD DESIGN, GOOD HOSPITALITY.

THE IDEA IS SIMPLE

You host.
I build.

I’m planning a holiday in Thailand and looking for a hotel to collaborate with. In return for an agreed stay, I’ll design and build a modern website tailored to your property.

We agree on the pages, deliverables, dates and accommodation before any work begins. The concept below shows the visual direction and attention to detail you can expect.

  • 01A distinctive design built around your hotel
  • 02Responsive pages for phones, tablets and desktop
  • 03Rooms, photography, facilities, location and contact
  • 04Links to your existing booking system
  • 05Launch preparation and a source-code handover

A WEBSITE BUILT AROUND YOUR PROPERTY

More than a
new front page.

A proposed scope to discuss together.
The final page list is agreed in writing.

01

A first impression that feels like you

A considered introduction, a coherent visual direction and photography that belongs to the actual property.

02

A room collection guests can explore

A clear catalogue, individual room pages, useful details and photographs that help guests understand the differences.

03

A fuller picture of the stay

Space for dining, pools, facilities, family arrangements, nearby places and the things that make your hotel worth visiting.

04

Practical answers, easy to find

A location page, clear contact details, arrival information and a FAQ built around the questions your guests actually ask.

05

A comfortable mobile experience

Navigation, readable text, room photographs and contact actions designed for a guest holding a phone.

06

A clear next step

A route to your existing booking engine or agreed enquiry channel, with source code and launch preparation included in the handover.

A FAIR EXCHANGE STARTS WITH CLARITY

Good design.
Good hospitality.

We shape the agreement around what your hotel needs and the stay you can offer. There is no fixed night count hidden behind this proposal.

FROM HELLO TO HANDOVER

Let’s keep it straightforward.

01 / THE CONVERSATION

Find a good fit.

Tell me about your hotel, your current website and what you’d like to improve. We discuss available dates and accommodation.

02 / THE AGREEMENT

Make it clear.

We put the scope, timing, revisions and stay terms in writing. You provide approved photographs, room details and branding.

03 / THE WEBSITE

Bring it to life.

You review the design, we refine the details, and I prepare the agreed website for launch and handover.

START WITH YOUR PROPERTY

Tell me
a little about it.

Share the basics and I can suggest a sensible starting point for the conversation.

This prepares an email draft. You decide when to send it.

WHEN THE FIT IS RIGHT

A collaboration
worth doing well.

This is a good starting point for a hotel that has a real story and useful photographs, but wants a clearer, more current website to present them.

We should be able to agree a focused scope, realistic review dates and accommodation that works for both sides. Any specialist booking, payment or property-management work is scoped separately.

SOMETHING GOOD STARTS WITH HELLO

Room for a
collaboration?

Send your hotel’s name, current website and available stay dates. We can work out the details together.

If you received this page by email or message, reply to the sender to start the conversation.

A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS

How many nights are you looking for?

The number of nights, dates, room type and included meals are open for discussion. We’ll agree on a fair exchange based on the website scope and your availability.

Will this replace our booking system?

The proposed website can direct guests to your existing booking engine. Custom booking integrations, payments and property-management systems would need a separate scope.

What about the domain, hosting and ongoing updates?

We’ll agree on hosting, domain costs, ownership and support before starting. The proposal includes handing over the agreed website source; third-party subscriptions and ongoing maintenance are discussed separately.

Can the concept be adapted to our hotel?

Yes. The name, visual identity, imagery, room collection, services, languages and guest journey are tailored to your property. The presentation is deliberately neutral.
